How do I make changes to my Shopping Cart?

Clicking on either of these buttons will automatically update your Shopping Cart to reflect any changes you made.
Adding items to your Shopping Cart does not obligate you to buy them. To remove one or more products from your Shopping Cart, click on the "Remove" link beside the quantity box.

Our website will not allow you to order items if they are out of stock. You may have ordered five packages of an item, when only three are in stock. The website will place only the three stocked items in your cart. In this way customers are not made to wait for out-of-stock items.

What does Kosher mean?
Kosher or as it is also known, kashrut, kashruth, or kashrus, is a way of dealing with food from cultivation, manufacturing and preparing, all the way to serving and eating. The laws of kosher are taken from the Torah and over years have been pulled together by rabbinical sages to encompass rules and regulations governing every part of our relationship with food.

What is the difference between kosher and Glatt Kosher?
The word glatt means smooth in Yiddish. For meat to be kosher, it must come from a kosher animal and be slaughtered according to kosher laws. The designation glatt kosher, requires that in addition to the two above conditions, the meat must come from an animal with smooth or adhesion-free lungs.
After the animal is slaughtered, the chest is opened and examined. If the lungs are found to be defect-free or smooth, the meat is considered to be glatt kosher. Of all the healthy cattle selected, less than 40% of that beef meets the rigorous standards for Glatt. The term glatt is properly applied to cattle and lamb.

What does “fresh frozen” mean?
Fresh meat & poultry are shipped directly to the Tampa cold-house in a refrigerated trailer. Immediately upon receipt of the fresh product, it is frozen to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. This assures minimal deterioration while maintaining quality and food safety.
“Quickly frozen” means frozen by a freezing system such as blast-freezing (sub-zero Fahrenheit temperature with fast moving air directed at the food) that ensures the food is frozen, even to the center of the food, quickly so that virtually no deterioration takes place.
